- Skillful Craftsmanship: You are a highly skillful carpenter with a “measure twice, cut once” mindset. You take pride in clean joins, level finishes, and structural integrity.
- Building Code Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards. You don’t just build; you build to code, ensuring every project is compliant and safe.
- Proven Experience: You have significant on-site experience in Residential Framing. You can read plans accurately and work independently.
- Problem Solving: Construction rarely goes exactly to plan. We need people who can think on their feet and find practical, high-quality solutions to site challenges.
- Reliability: You show up on time, ready to lead or learn.
